There are times when finding our direction begins with making space to listen.

Beginning February 6, 2027, with the new moon and the opening of the Year of the Fire Goat, our Elemental Healing Plant Medicine Retreat offers an invitation to return to the earth, deepen our relationship with the plants, and listen to the heart. Drawing inspiration from winter’s inward turn and the new moon’s invitation to begin again, we create space to rest, release what we are ready to lay down, and meet the next chapter of our lives with clarity.

At the centre of this retreat is the relationship between the elements and the heart. Through traditional plant dietas, ceremonial work with Huachuma, embodiment teachings, ancestral healing, channelling, and integration, we explore what supports us in feeling grounded, connected, and able to discern our next steps.

As we enter the Year of the Fire Goat, we draw on its imagery as a symbol for our intentions: fire to illuminate the path, and the goat’s steady footing to remind us to move with care and groundedness. Here, the flame becomes a light we tend within—bringing warmth to the heart and attention to what holds meaning in our lives.

Held within the living environment of the Peruvian Amazon, the dieta offers time for a deeper relationship to unfold—with the plants, with nature, and with ourselves. Through listening and presence, we make room to recognise the direction that honours our values, our relationships, and the life we are ready to nurture.

The Plant Dieta

Participants will have the opportunity to enter into dieta with one of the following plants, selected according to the individual and the intentions of their process:

Bobinsana
Traditionally worked with in Amazonian plant dieta practices and associated with emotional sensitivity, heart-opening, dreams, connection, and deeper listening.

Noya Rao — Tree of Light
A revered Amazonian master plant associated within certain traditions with illumination, spiritual learning, energetic refinement, and deepening one’s relationship with the unseen world.

The dieta is not simply the consumption of a plant. It is a period of intentional relationship, simplicity, contemplation, and listening, supported by the environment, food, teachings, and integration practices.

Huachuma Ceremony

The retreat will include ceremonial work with Huachuma (San Pedro).

Huachuma has a long history of ceremonial use in the Andes and is traditionally approached as a heart-centered plant teacher. The ceremony will be held within an intentional container, allowing participants extended time for inward reflection, connection with nature, and integration.

Teachings & Integration

The plant work will be woven together with teachings and practices developed through my years of healing, ceremonial, and embodiment work.

Offerings include:

8-Day Plant Medicine Dieta

A focused week of dieta, ceremonial work, teachings, personal reflection, and integration.

12 Day Plant Medicine Immersion

February 6th-17th, 2026
$2000 USD

For those who feel called to remain in the dieta container longer, the 12 day immersion provides additional time for the relationship with the plant to deepen and for insights to settle into the body.

The extended retreat allows more spaciousness for rest, personal process, teachings, integration, and continued plant work.
